Anime Home's Terms of Service

Anime Home includes public pages, signed-in browser routes, and the shared account systems that connect them. These terms explain how access, acceptable use, availability, and future platform expansion are supposed to work across the service as it exists today.

Overview

Anime Home is one service across public pages, signed-in routes, and the shared systems behind them. Different routes may have different purposes, but they do not create different ownership, different rule systems, or different account identities for the same person.

These terms are written to match the current product direction rather than pretend the service is already finished. The goal is to explain the real relationship between the public site, the application shell, and the account layer in plain language.

Accounts and identity

Accounts exist to support continuity across Anime Home surfaces. People are expected to provide accurate enough information to support account access, keep their credentials secure, and avoid using shared identity systems to impersonate others or misrepresent who they are.

Account identity is intended to remain consistent across supported surfaces. As Anime Home expands to additional clients, the same account direction should follow rather than fragment into separate platform personas.

Acceptable use

Anime Home is being shaped for fandom, discovery, discussion, and creator-facing participation. Use of the service should support that purpose instead of undermining other people or the platform itself.

  • Do not harass, impersonate, threaten, or abuse other people on the service.
  • Do not misuse public and signed-in routes as separate loopholes for the same harmful behavior.
  • Do not exploit profile, community, or creator-facing features to bypass trust or moderation systems.
  • Do not intentionally disrupt, overload, or degrade service operation.

The split between public and signed-in routes exists for product clarity. It is not meant to create a second place where the same behavior becomes acceptable.

Availability

Anime Home is under active development, which means supported surfaces, client availability, and release posture may change over time. The current hosted website and browser experience are the clearest public entry points today, but future supported clients, creator systems, and community layers may change how the service is presented.

Nothing in these terms should be read as a promise that the current release posture will remain frozen. The service can expand, reorganize, or refine its surface area as long as it continues documenting those changes honestly.

Content and creators

Anime Home is being built to support broader series, creator, and community participation over time. As those systems mature, content ownership, attribution, moderation, and participation expectations should stay aligned with trust, legality, and public safety.

People should only contribute or claim material they are allowed to share. Creator-facing and community-facing features are expected to respect attribution, moderation, and the wider rules of the service rather than sit outside them.

Changes and notice

These terms are expected to evolve as Anime Home grows. When important service behavior changes, this page should be updated so the public explanation remains aligned with the real product.

Any update to these terms takes effect 30 days after it is posted as the Last updated version shown above. That notice window exists so people have time to review changes before they become active.

Archived versions will only appear after Anime Home has released a public policy that is later replaced. Until then, the current terms should be treated as a draft service document rather than the latest entry in a released policy archive.

Questions about the current rules or how they apply can be directed through Support or through the public Feedback route.
